The Client

Rick’s Retro are one of the leading online stores for vintage designer clothing, specialising in casual attire and streetwear. In July 2023, they came to me to improve their Meta Ads results with a full-funnel account structure and personalised content for users at each stage of the customer journey.

The Approach

I started with an A/B test to assess the main elements of any large ecommerce account, including prospecting target audiences and ad formats. The account was then built out by scaling the winning audiences and formats, serving top-level brand videos to new potential customers and serving bestselling products and specific brands to engaged users. 

The Result

In the first two months, the average purchases per week increased from 94 in June to 142 in July and 180 in August, with monthly revenue doubling since the start of the campaign.
